The oldest has the most amazing first grade teacher. She's just AMAZING and we all really love her. I'm always trying to find ways to thank her for all she does. She mentioned the other day that she needed more inside recess stuff for the girls to do. I have been saving our Folgers coffee containers for a while because they seem so useful for something???I put together this little stamp kit for girls for inside recess days for her classroom. I used scrapbook paper and Modge Podge to cover the sides that said Folgers coffee and the top I had to use E6000 glue because the Modge Podge wouldn't stick. I used my 40% coupon at Hobby Lobby and got a stamp set for around $5 that I put inside. Good thing I finished it just in time for no more inside recess. : )

I have already sent you our standard fee schedule for company registration (attached again for completeness). In addition, we offer a licence facilitation service where we facilitate the process between the MGA and your client. We act as your client’s representatives and work through the whole process with them. Our fee for this service is €10,000 (+VAT if applicable).

The fee is payable:
€4,000 up front on signing of management agreement
€4,000 prior to the incorporation of the Malta company
€2,000 on approval of the licence by letter of intent

Once the letter of intent is issued we will follow this up until the licence is approved (or rejected) and we then consider our services to be completed. Any requests you might have for further legal or administrative assistance following the issue of the letter of intent will be billed at €100 (+VAT) per hour.
